Chloe Piparo was outstanding this afternoon to get her side home. She was unbeaten on 95, at nearly a run-a-ball, to guide the chase home under pressure. It was a gem of an innings right when her side needed it most. That came after a strong opening.
The Fire just weren't quite good enough this afternoon with the ball after posting a competitive total. They fought hard to the end but came up against some very good batting.
