20th Over
And although it came down to the final over, the Fire were always favourites to win. They win their fifth match from five this WT20 season and are on top of the table. Join us tomorrow at 10:30 AET (10:00 local) as we switch to the 50 over format.
The 14th over of the run chase proved crucial with 12 runs scored off it, Jonassen taking 11 of those including a big six to swing the match well in favour of the Fire.
And so a thrilling finish with the Fire reaching the target of 137 with three balls to spare. They always seemed in control of the match but things tightened up at the back end of the run chase.
