The golden bat award went to Ajinkya Rahane (288 runs) and the golden wicket award to Pravin Tambe (12 wickets) both from the champions Mumbai.
Dwayne Smith meanwhile was named player of the tournament following his consistent form during the series.
With 4-32 from four overs, including three in his last over, Harbhajan Singh was named player of the match.
However the Indian bowlers stood firm and bowled to their field and rolled through the middle order batsmen.
The Royals gave the run chase a mighty shake and looked like winning with a few overs to spare.
