And that makes it three from three this weekend for the Vic Spirit girls, winning all three games easily and creating some records along the way. The Scorpions took a young team over for this round of matches and all will be better for the experience.
They were always ahead of the run rate required and player of the match Jess Cameron lifted the run rate with more clean hitting, adding to her 128 off 68 yesterday to claim player of the match honours with an unbeaten 49 off just 30 deliveries.
Another comprehensive win for the Spirit girls, they've run into some good form with both the bat and the ball this weekend, reaching the target of 117 today with 33 deliveries to spare.
