New South Wales are now on top of the table, but WA could still take the title with a massive win in their final match.
We had a really good battle for 1st Innings points this afternoon and if ACT had won that, they would have taken the series. However Wade Townsend stood in their way with a fine unbeaten century. Once the total was passed, the runs flowed quickly.
We've done well to get a contest in this match considering we lost a total of more than 3 days, due to 200mm of rain since Monday morning. The toss was crucial as the pitch today was much easier to bat on than it was last night.
