The run chase got off to a slow start but got going before Exelby claimed three wickets in one over to turn the match on its head and signal the start of the end for the Victorians.
They bowled tight lines and good lengths and the fielding was outstanding, some spectacular catches to back up their bowlers.
Comprehensive win in the finish for the Queensland side, their second win today here at Toorak Park, cruising to victory in the finish by 44 runs in an excellent display of all around cricket.
